WORKING FLAIR ROUND: (300 points total):
FINALS DAY ONLY
-
The working flair round will use the Flairco Portable Bar.
-
Each PRO competitor will get three (3) minutes to make five (5) drinks.
-
Each ADVANCED competitor will get three (3) minutes to make four (4) drinks.
-
These drinks will come from the Master Drink List and will be called out to the competitor just prior to starting their round (like an actual order at the bar). The drinks will not be placed on a check stand or presented to the competitor, but if a competitor forgets a drink they can ask for it to be repeated at any time within the round.
-
Every competitor will have the same drinks and bottles that are set at the same levels.
-
Competitors will be sequestered to a separate room so as they can't hear the drinks called, and will be called in prior to their round starting.
-
All competitors will be given 2 minutes to set up their tins, bar utensils, juices, and rearrange their wells as they like. Competitors may NOT rearrange the glassware, fruit, straws, or back bar bottles.
-
The bars will be set up with the speed round back bar display. The back bar bottles will be on a riser just as they are in the speed round. The blender will be removed from the bar as there will be NO FROZEN in the working flair round. The Tall Wine Glass that is used for the Frozen, will be replaced with Martini Glasses.

Each bottle not replaced to its proper area will result in a penalty. - see below.
